מסגרת הכללה בסל תרופה מוגבלת לרישום ע"י רופא מומחה או הגבלה אחרת.
  1. התרופה האמורה תינתן לטיפול בנשאי HIV ובהתקיים אחד מתנאים אלה:
    1. נשא נגיף ה-HIV פיתח תסמונת הכשל החיסוני הנרכש.
    2. נשא נגיף ה-HIV הינו אסימפטומי עם ערך CD4 נמוך מ-500 או ערך עומס נגיפי גדול מ-100,000 עותקי RNA בסמ""ק.
  2. מתן התרופה ייעשה לפי מרשם של מנהל מרפאה לטיפול באיידס במוסד רפואי שהמנהל הכיר בו כמרכז AIDS.
  3. משטר הטיפול בתרופה יהיה כפוף להנחיות המנהל כפי שיעודכנו מזמן לזמן על פי המידע העדכני בתחום הטיפול במחלה.
