מסגרת הכללה בסל	תרופה מוגבלת לשימוש בבתי חולים או אשפוז יום.
התוויות	Premedication before induction of anesthesia (i.m). Basal sedation before diagnostic or surgical interventions carried out under local anesthesia (i.v. administration). Induction and maintenance of anesthesia. As an induction agent in inhalation anesthesia or a sleep-inducing component in combined anesthesia, including total intravenous anesthesia (i.v. injection, i.v. infusion). Ataralgesia in combination with ketamine in children (i.m. administration). Status epilepticus
