א. התרופה האמורה תינתן לטיפול במקרים האלה: (1) מיאלומה נפוצה, גם כקו טיפול ראשון. (2) טיפול בהתבטאויות עוריות של ENL (Erythema nodosum leprosum) בדרגת חומרה בינונית עד קשה. ב. הטיפול בתרופה לפי סעיף א (1) יעשה רק על פי מרשם של רופא מומחה באונקולוגיה או רופא מומחה בהמטולוגיה. |

התוויות |
Multiple myeloma : 1. For the treatment of multiple myeloma after failure of standars therapies. 2. Thalidomide pharmion 50 mg hard capsules in combination with dexamethasone is indicated for the treatment of patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. 3. Thalidomide pharmion in combination with melphalan and prednisone is indicated for the treatment of patients with untreated multiple myeloma > or = 65 years or ineligible for high dose chemotherapy. Erythema Nodosum Leprosum: 4. For the acute treatment of the cutaneous manifestations of moderate to severe erythema nodosum leprosum (ENL). Thalidomide is not indicated as monotherapy for such ENL treatment in the presence of moderate to severe neuritis. It is also indicated as maintenance therapy for prevention and suppression of the cutaneous manifestations of ENL recurrence
